We made telegrams today and I thought some of you might like to know how.

Round up the Usual Suspects:
dish large enough to hold paper
paper
scissors
ink
letter stamps
tea bags
boiling water
Pour boiling water over the tea bags
Let steep for a few minutes then remove the tea bags (do not throw them away)

Soak the paper for a few seconds in the tea water

Take the paper out and GENTLY crumple it in your hands

Lay it flat, and using the tea bags, dab gently onto the creases on the paper

Hang the paper to dry
Go do something for for an hour or so
